The reasoning for the upcharge is that files with extensive corrections take me much longer to proofread.
The best way to avoid this upcharge fee is to make sure that the files are sent to me in the cleanest possible version. I encourage you to use the spell-check function in your software before sending files to me. You can also run your files through a free tool like Grammarly.*
